Cumberland General Store respects your privacy. We will only collect, store and use your personal information to help us serve you better. For example, to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product, service and company news and offerings with you. We do not sell your personal information. We work to protect the security of your personal information by using the best measures and processes.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders can not be processed on
this web site. International customers must call 678-240-0407 during
regular office hours to place your order. That way we can figure out
your shipping costs and consider any mailing restrictions. Any extra
fees such as customs or tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer.
PAYMENT
For those paying with credit or debit cards,
your account will be charged as soon as merchandise is shipped. For
those sending checks through the mail, only US currency, checks drawn on
US. banks, or Postal Money Orders in US funds can be accepted. Checks
are subject to a clearing period of up to 3 weeks. There is a $25 fee
for returned checks.
WHOLESALE
We are not able to offer wholesale prices to
dealers.
SHIPPED ORDERS
Each order you receive will have an invoice.
This information will show you what is in your package and what items,
if any, have been back ordered. Any item back ordered will be shipped to
you as soon as we receive it. In case of back orders shipping will be
charged when the item is sent. Many of our items are produced by cottage
industries and take a little longer than a major factory. For this
reason, please do not expect us to meet an immediate delivery schedule
for every item.
RETURNS
RETURNS MUST BE SETTLED WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF
INVOICED DATE. Please call 678-240-0407 during regular office
hours for a return authorization number and return address. Unauthorized
returns and returns sent to our PO Box must be refused. We will be happy
to exchange or refund any items that do not meet with your approval. A
15% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns. Merchandise
returned to us must be unused, undamaged, and in original boxes. We are
unable to accept returns on food or medicinal related items. We will not
be able to refund the return postage nor pay for exchanged item shipping
back to you, if in doubt about an item, please call us asking for
details before ordering. If the wrong merchandise was sent to you as our
mistake, we will pay the postage both ways.
