| SALES POLICY- We accept both domestic and international sales.
PAYMENT METHODS - Order must be placed by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Discover Credit Cards.
- All pages where you provide personal information use Secure Server Software encryption technology. Ordering is safe and secure.
- Checks, money orders, currency or stamps are not accepted.
- Orders are placed via the Internet.
SALES TAX - We are required to apply sales tax to any purchase by a New York Resident.
- Sales tax will apply to your purchase at the rate in effect at the shipping address.
- Taxes will be automatically calculated at the time of checkout.
SHIPPING POLICIES - All domestic orders will be shipped via FedEx Ground unless an express shipping option is chosen.
- Orders will arrive in 10 to 15 business days unless otherwise notified.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, as well as all international orders, will be shipped by U.S. Parcel Post. There is a $20 dollar shipping charge for orders shipped by parcel post. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery.
- Shipping and Handling charges will be automatically added to your order as determined by weight and distance from our shipping facility located in Buffalo, New York.
ABOUT YOUR ORDER - When you place an order with us, we will e-mail you a confirmation notice.
- Please note that your credit card charge will be listed as "CityMade, Inc."

RETURNS - ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Product may be returned within 30 days for exchange, refund or credit if product has manufacturer damage or defect.
- Refund will be issued on accepted returns within 14 business days.
