Ant orders usually ship within 2-4 weeks.
Hermit Crab orders ship monthly.
Tadpole orders usually ship within 2-4 weeks of order date.
Toy Part orders received by Thursday will ship Monday.
Please note that all shipping estimates can vary depending on weather conditions.
The cost of expedited shipping (UPS Next Day or UPS 2-Day) is non-refundable. Additionally, if we need to reship your order we will not be able to reship via the expedited method unless you choose to purchase the shipping again.
Orders placed from countries other than the United States or Canada may be charged more than the quoted shipping price.
UMI is not responsible for reimbursing costs associated with shipping should an incorrect address be provided by the customer.
Should you place an order in error, and we ship it, UMI is not responsible for reimbursment.
At Uncle Milton Industries the timely and safe arrival of your live creatures is our highest priority. Please keep this information in mind when placing an order using expedited shipping methods.
Inclement weather can severely harm your live creatures during their journey to your home. For this reason we may restrict shipping at certain times of the year due to unsafe weather conditions. Hermit Crab orders may also be delayed due to the availability of crabs. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship your order.
You will be notified via email if we can not ship your order. We will also notify you via email when your order ships.
Important Note: Due to customs restrictions we cannot ship tadpoles to CANADA
